The Confederation of Labor “Podkrepa” is recognized as a nationally representative organization of employees
By decision of the Council of Ministers of January 14, 2021, the Confederation of Labor “Podkrepa” is recognized as a nationally representative organization of employees for a period of 4 years.
The union submitted documents that meet the legal requirements for obtaining national representation. The Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria is also recognized as a national representative organization of employees. At yesterday’s meeting, the Council of Ministers recognized 5 employers’ organizations as representatives at the national level – the Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and the Union for Business Initiative.
